Gami is divided into two sectors: chocolate machines and packaging systems. We are specialized in the production of machines for processing chocolate and pastry products. We work with internationally renowned Master Chocolatiers and Pastry Chefs, who rely on our know-how using our machines daily in their prestigious laboratories. We have a long experience and deep knowledge of the market. The customer is our most important resource. Thanks to a competent and highly qualified staff we are able to meet all your requests and create exclusive and customized projects. We pay particular attention to new technologies and the use of high quality materials, such as stainless steel and anodized aluminium. Attention to detail and prompt service are our strengths.

CHOCOLATE: We are specialized in the production of machines for processing chocolate, compound and confectionery products for large, medium and small industries and laboratories. We produce high quality chocolate and pastry equipment entirely made in Italy, such as tempering/enrobing machines for chocolate, compound and fondant, cooling tunnels, decorators, melting tanks, Dosing and filling machines.

PACKAGING: from flow-pack machines to vertical packaging machines; from loading, counting, dosing and weighing systems to large automation in the packaging industry: box-making machines, palletizers, stackers, cartoning machines...
